News on New Comicbook TV Shows

First up, the Punisher and Jessica Jones series have been dropped by their networks, but the Guillermo del Toro-linked Hulk show is given the green light, not pun intended.

Disappointed by the news about AKA Jessica Jones, though I'm honestly kind of glad that the Punisher one got shot down. From what I read, they'd reworked the character to make him a cop that hunts down criminals at night that he's unable to successfully prosecute... which makes him sound like a combination of Daredevil and Dexter, while at the same time making him seem incompetant at the same time. The Hulk show I'm kind of looking forward too, not just because I'm a Del Toro fan. I only hope that he fights a bear in one episode...

...Which later gets referenced when the actor playing Hulk appears in Adventure Time!, BILLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!! *Ahem* Oh, Lou Ferrigno, why you so awesome? And the first clip of the Green Arrow show (just titled Arrow) is revealled, and I'm kind of looking forward to this as well, to be honest.
